INTRODUCTORY CONVERSATION

After learning about the industry, we will have an introductory conversation at a time that works for you to explore if we are a fit.

IN-PERSON MEETING & NDA

We meet in person to get to know each other better and discuss further steps. We will sign a NDA to assure that your company’s information remains safe.

LETTER OF INTENT (LOI)

We will come to an agreement on a set of terms based on the shared information, including valuation, structure, and a tentative transaction timeline.

DUE DILIGENCE & CLOSING

Together, we review important information (i.e. financial, legal, commercial) to validate the assumptions made in the LOI. We finalize the transaction and continue working hard to grow while taking care of stakeholders.
